Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven professional to join our Executive Office and work directly with the CEO.
This role is not a traditional secretary position.
The selected candidate will act as the operational backbone of the Executive Office, driving follow-ups, coordination, accountability, and operational execution across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and executive priorities
- Attend management meetings and prepare professional MOMs
- Track action items, KPIs, deadlines, and operational execution
- Follow up with department heads and ensure accountability
- Supervise administrative operations and office coordination
- Manage government portals, renewals, and official documentation
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and executive reporting
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and workflows
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in executive operations, administration, or executive office management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Aggressive follow-up and high accountability mindset
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong proficiency in AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, etc.)
- Professional corporate background preferred
