- Proven success scaling revenue, teams, and commercial operations
- Experience building sales functions, processes, and operating frameworks from the ground up
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, CRM platforms, and revenue operations

About the Role
- Our client, a high growth startup, is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to build and scale our revenue function as we enter our next phase of growth.
- This is not a corporate leadership role. We're looking for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys building from scratch, and is excited by the challenge of creating scalable sales processes, teams, and revenue engines.
- The ideal candidate will come from a SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, B2B Technology, Digital Platform, or other high growth technology environment and will have a proven track record of driving growth in fast paced businesses.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the company's sales and revenue growth strategy.
- Build a scalable pipeline generation and customer acquisition engine.
- Develop and implement sales playbooks, SOPs, and commercial processes.
- Establish forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance management frameworks.
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a high performing sales team.

What We're Looking For
