- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals
- Lead a team of sales professionals, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance evaluations
- Coach Account Managers through deal strategy, account growth and developing a customer roadmap
- Maintain a deep understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs, and use this knowledge to drive sales success
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and influencers
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales success
- Report on sales performance, including regular forecasting and pipeline management
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Experience in sales and sales management in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams
- Strong understanding of the supply chain software market and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of cloud hyper scaler environments and Azure
- SaaS and ARR sales motions
- English language; Arabic a plus
