- The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, driving volume growth, profitability, and market share performance.
- A key focus of the role will be expanding and optimising the dealer network footprint, ensuring strong coverage, operational excellence, and consistent brand standards across all regions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy, driving sustainable new business growth across retail, fleet, and emerging sales channels.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to maximise revenue generation and network performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee sales performance management, including forecasting, budgeting, pipeline development, and the delivery of actionable market insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a performance-driven sales culture centred on accountability, operational excellence, and superior customer experience.
