Key Responsibilities
- The AI Architect will identify and prioritise practical AI use cases, design dashboards and exception reporting models, and integrate data across SAP, Keyloop DMS, CRM, and HR systems.
- Developing AI-enabled workflows and agents for document processing, approvals, compliance checks, customer service, parts intelligence, and operational monitoring.
- A strong governance lens is essential, ensuring AI solutions incorporate controls for data privacy, cybersecurity, auditability, and PDPL compliance. The environment is data-complex, with fragmented systems and variable data quality, requiring disciplined integration, reconciliation, and pragmatic solution design.
