Overview
You will carry full P&L responsibility and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the dealerships.
Day to day, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage key OEM relationships, and ensure the business operates at the standard its brands and its customer s demand.
You will bring a structured approach to financial reporting and performance analysis, using data to drive decisions and holding the operation accountable at every level.
