About the Role

  • We are seeking to appoint a highly accomplished and strategic Sales Director Australia Market, based in Dubai, to lead and scale our international sales operations.
  • This role requires a dynamic leader who will drive sales strategy from Dubai and actively represent the company in the Australian market through roadshows and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the Australian market.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Organize and lead international roadshows across Australia to drive brand presence and sales acquisition.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and market trends.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within real estate or brokerage environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high performing teams and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in organizing or leading international roadshows or client facing events is highly desirable.
  • In depth understanding of international real estate markets, particularly Australia, is highly advantageous.
