Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & CRM Management
- Hands on experience with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar)
- Strong understanding of lead management, marketing automation, and campaign reporting
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
