- Plan and execute property focused road shows and promotional events aimed at attracting potential buyers and investors
- Identify target audiences, coordinate event logistics, prepare engaging presentations and marketing materials, and represent Marrfa at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, gather leads, follow up with prospects, and provide feedback on market responses to help refine Marrfa’s outreach strategies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate offerings and regulatory environment to accurately address client questions and build confidence in Marrfa’s services
Requirements
- Experience in event management and road show coordination, including planning, logistics, and on site execution
- Strong sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to generate leads, conduct follow ups, and convert interest into opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence speaking to diverse audiences and explaining complex information clearly
- Background in real estate, property investment, or related fields, with knowledge of the Dubai market considered an advantage
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing event data, tracking leads, and reporting outcomes
- Ability to work on site, travel for events as needed, and adapt to a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus
- Relevant educational background in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred

Role Description
- The Road Show Expert is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This position is responsible for planning and executing property focused road shows and promotional events aimed at attracting potential buyers and investors.
- The Road Show Expert will identify target audiences, coordinate event logistics, prepare engaging presentations and marketing materials, and represent Marrfa at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- The role includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams, gathering leads, following up with prospects, and providing feedback on market responses to help refine Marrfa’s outreach strategies.
- The Road Show Expert will also maintain up to date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate offerings and regulatory environment to accurately address client questions and build confidence in Marrfa’s services.
