Role Overview
Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside-sales channels.
Engage prospects through phone calls, email, live chat, and internal sales tools.
Performance is measured by product demonstrations booked and completed.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Qualify and route inbound leads through two sales channels.
- Communicate with prospects through phone calls, emails, and website live chat.
- Use Slack and Salesforce to support prospect engagement and sales activity.
- Book product demonstrations and help achieve monthly performance targets.
Required Skills
- Confident, clear communication with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, high-agency, KPI-driven environment.
- Resilience and comfort with frequent rejection and high-volume tasks.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CRMs, health scoring, live chat, or knowledge bases is advantageous.
