We are hiring —

Sales Development Executive (B2b)

Alliance Prime is a certified, FTA-registered accounting and tax consultancy based in Dubai, UAE.

We support a wide range of businesses across the region with VAT, corporate tax, excise tax, accounting & bookkeeping, and financial advisory services, ensuring full compliance and clear financial direction.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Executive.

Role Overview

The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into sustainable, long-term business relationships.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong business insight, capable of representing the firm with confidence, professionalism, and credibility.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries in the UAE
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-ups
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and service fit

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Initiate and manage professional client interactions
  • Understand client requirements and position relevant accounting and tax solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and market feedback

Crm & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline management discipline

Role Requirements

✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

✔ Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment

✔ Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management

✔ Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand client business needs

✔ Background in accounting, taxation, audit, or professional services is highly preferred
