Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads targeting corporate clients and individual professionals for cyber security certifications
- Conduct in depth consultations to understand training needs and career goals
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of cyber security programs tailored to client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post sale follow up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate HR, and L&D departments
- Stay updated on cyber security trends and competitive landscape
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle class coordination and student queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, software solutions, training programs, or certification courses
- Strong understanding of or keen interest in cyber security domain
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events

Job Description
- BOA is a renowned market leader in providing prestigious international certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics. Building on our legacy of excellence, we are expanding our portfolio to include cutting edge Cyber Security certification courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients and individual professionals who can benefit from our cyber security certifications.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in depth consultations to understand the training needs, career goals, and security challenges of potential customers.
- Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique value proposition of BOA’s cyber security programs, tailoring the message to address specific client needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closing, and post sale follow up.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with clients, corporate HR, and L&D departments to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in cyber security, the competitive landscape, and the corporate training needs within the UAE/GCC region.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader. Provide post sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle class coordination, student queries.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in selling IT services, software solutions, training programs, certification courses, or other high value B2B services. Proven experience in Cyber Security sales, ideally from the training and education industry would be preferred
- A strong understanding of, or a keen interest in, the cyber security domain. Prior experience selling IT/cyber security solutions is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
- A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their alignment with Student needs.
- Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations.
