Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of training programs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet or exceed student expectations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics
- Provide post sales support and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle class coordination and student queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, or education)
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events
- Deep understanding of training academy's programs and their alignment with student needs

Job Description

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure that programs meet or exceed student’s expectations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
- Provide post sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle class coordination, student queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry.
- Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
