About the Role
Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a Cyber Security Sales Consultant to drive sales of internationally recognized cyber security certification programs in the UAE and GCC region. The role involves prospecting, needs analysis, solution selling, and relationship building with corporate and individual clients.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads targeting corporate clients and professionals
- Conduct in depth consultations to understand training needs and security challenges
- Effectively communicate value proposition of cyber security programs
- Manage entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post sale follow up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate HR/L&D departments
- Stay updated on cyber security trends and competitive landscape
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle class coordination and student queries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, training, or certification courses
- Strong understanding of or keen interest in cyber security domain
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Self starter with hunter mentality
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients and individual professionals.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in depth consultations to understand training needs and security challenges.
- Solution Selling: Effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique value proposition of BOA’s cyber security programs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post sale follow up.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with clients, corporate HR, and L&D departments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on latest trends in cyber security and competitive landscape.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle class coordination and student queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, training, or certification courses.
- Strong understanding of or keen interest in cyber security domain.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
