Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients and individual professionals.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct in depth consultations to understand training needs and security challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique value proposition of BOA’s cyber security programs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post sale follow up.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with clients, corporate HR, and L&D departments.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on latest trends in cyber security and competitive landscape.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle class coordination and student queries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, training, or certification courses.
  • Strong understanding of or keen interest in cyber security domain.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self starter with hunter mentality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
