- Prepare aluminium surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking before painting
- Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, color consistency, and defects
- Repair and touch up damaged painted surfaces
- Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Work effectively as part of the production team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a painter in aluminium, metal fabrication, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and surface preparation
- Physically fit and willing to work 10 hour shifts with overtime
- Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Basic English communication preferred

Job Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a painter in an aluminium, metal fabrication, or manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and surface preparation.
- Physically fit and willing to work 10 hour shifts with overtime.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED1,000.00 AED1,500.00 per month
