The Sales Coordinator will act as the backbone of the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes, accurate data management, and timely coordination between internal teams and clients.
This role is not administrative support—it directly impacts revenue efficiency and deal closure timelines.
1. Sales Operations & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end sales coordination—from lead assignment to deal closure tracking
- Ensure timely follow-ups by the sales team and flag delays proactively
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, and operations for smooth deal execution
2. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain 100% accuracy of data in CRM (leads, opportunities, revenue forecasts)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Identify gaps in pipeline data and enforce discipline within the sales team
3. Client & Internal Communication
- Act as a point of contact for clients for basic coordination and documentation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Ensure timely communication between stakeholders
4. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements
- Drive adherence to defined sales processes and SLAs
- Support implementation of sales tools and automation
Key Metrics (Kpis)
- CRM data accuracy (target: 95–100%)
- Lead response & follow-up timelines
- Sales cycle time reduction
- Reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Coordination turnaround time
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination / sales operations
- Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot CRM, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- High attention to detail and accountability mindset

Preferred Background

- Understanding of sales funnels and revenue metrics
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
