Responsibilities
- Ensure all Account Managers update CRM opportunities, next steps, due dates, and problem statements through regular follow up
- Prepare Power BI/Dashboard reports accurately and submit before review meetings
- Schedule weekly review meetings, collect updates from all AMs one day before meeting, and ensure dashboard is ready
- Send daily reminder of Promised Revenue vs Achieved Revenue and follow up with pending AMs
- Coordinate meetings between AMs and Management for revenue challenges
- Track and coordinate internal escalations (Inventory, Operations, Support, Finance, etc.) until closure
- Ensure assigned follow ups with Account Managers are completed on time
- Respond to internal requests promptly and maintain professional communication
- Suggest improvements in CRM process, reporting automation, dashboards, or AM workflow

Role Objective
- To improve the efficiency and productivity of the Account Management team by ensuring CRM discipline, timely follow ups, accurate reporting, cross functional coordination, and proactive administrative support
Daily Responsibilities
- Monitor CRM updates from all Account Managers
- Follow up on pending opportunities and missing information
- Send Revenue Promised vs Revenue Achieved reminder
- Coordinate pending customer issues with internal departments
- Track escalations until resolution
- Support Account Managers in resolving operational bottlenecks
Weekly Responsibilities
- Collect pipeline updates from every AM
- Verify each opportunity contains Problem Statement, Next Step, Due Date, Expected Revenue
- Prepare Power BI dashboard
- Schedule Friday Review Meeting
- Arrange weekly support meeting with management for AMs requiring assistance
- Share weekly performance summary
