Sales Coordinator / Administrator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer interaction, and keeping things running smoothly . You’ll support Sales operations, manage inventory details, and be a key point of contact at the front desk.

Process and track inventory orders and updates

Maintain accurate records in dealership systems and POS

Keep unit listings updated (pricing, photos, specs) using platforms like Impel

Support Sales and Service teams to ensure units are show-ready

Manage and update customer leads in CRM systems

Coordinate social media posts and online listings

Perform and support inventory counts and reconciliation

Act as front desk support by greeting customers and managing walk-ins

Assist with scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination

Support sales events and off-site shows

2+ years of admin or sales support experience

Strong organization and attention to detail

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicating with customers in person and by phone
