Role Description

  • Guide clients through the full real estate sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Manage inquiries, follow up with potential buyers and sellers, prepare and deliver proposals, and support clients through negotiations and closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, collaborate with internal teams on marketing and listing strategies, and stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships through consistent communication, ensuring a high quality, professional, and seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with proven experience guiding clients through complex decisions and transactions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, handling concerns, and delivering a smooth client journey.
  • Candidates should possess advanced Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present information confidently.
  • Relevant experience in real estate sales or property consulting in the UAE market is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, digital listing platforms, and basic office software to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to work on site full time in Abu Dhabi, including flexibility for evenings and weekends based on client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
  • Professional, ethical, and client centered approach with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
