Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Real Estate Specialist will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and support clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Daily tasks include assessing market conditions, advising clients on pricing and negotiations, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering responsive, professional customer service.
- The Real Estate Specialist will contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with a clear understanding of local Abu Dhabi market dynamics and regulations.
- Proven experience in Sales and Real Estate Development, including negotiating deals and supporting transaction closures.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long term client relationships.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; professional real estate certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skills, with proficiency in basic office software and real estate listing platforms.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills and previous experience in the UAE real estate market are beneficial.
