Role Description

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for high end residential properties in Abu Dhabi, including prospecting, listing, marketing, and closing transactions.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of luxury properties.
  • Conduct market research and property valuations.
  • Prepare listing presentations and advise clients on pricing, negotiation, and investment opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, promptly respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication throughout every stage of the transaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property campaigns.
  • Support open houses and private viewings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, including knowledge of luxury residential markets and property valuation.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of building relationships and converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes, local regulations, and project timelines in Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, property listings, and market analysis.
  • Ability to work on site with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Relevant real estate license or certification in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one) is preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high end client facing roles is highly beneficial.
