Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator supports sales, project, payment follow-up, documentation, and site activities related to KHS, Projects, and Fire AMC and rectification works.
The role coordinates with sales, technical, project, site, and customer teams to support smooth execution and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up and progress of opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate timely collection.
- Coordinate and monitor KHS work activities from initiation through completion.
- Prepare and maintain Delivery Orders, Work Completion Reports, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate site activities with technical, project, and customer teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and report daily sales-team activities and performance.
- Maintain records of sales, projects, payments, site activities, documentation, and customer communications.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure of related issues.
- Support management with daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Complete assigned activities accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.

- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate sales activities and follow up opportunities through completion.
- Ability to coordinate payment follow-up with internal and customer teams.
- Ability to prepare and maintain Delivery Orders, Work Completion Reports, and project documentation.
