Graphic Design
- Create designs for social media posts, stories, advertisements, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, menus, catalogues, certificates, invitations, and other marketing materials.
- Create logos, company profiles, stationery, and other branding materials.
- Adapt designs for digital and printing requirements and revise artwork based on client feedback.
- Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
Printing and Artwork Preparation
- Prepare professional and accurate print-ready artwork.
- Check size, resolution, bleed, crop marks, colors, fonts, and image quality before production.
- Prepare files in PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and other required formats.
- Understand basic printing processes, materials, finishing, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with printing and production teams to execute approved artwork.
- Check printed samples and finished materials for quality and accuracy.
- Correct errors to reduce printing waste and production mistakes.
Client Coordination
- Understand client requirements and convert them into creative design concepts.
- Communicate with clients about artwork, revisions, sizes, colors, materials, and specifications.
- Present design options and explain creative concepts when required.
- Handle client revisions professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure final artwork is approved before production.
Project and Operations Support
- Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with production, printing, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Track ongoing design and printing jobs.
- Ensure approved artwork is transferred correctly to production.
- Maintain organized folders and records of client artwork and final files.
- Assist with urgent design and printing requirements when necessary.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
Requirements

- Prepare artwork files in suitable formats such as PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD.
