Role Overview
The role combines shop sales assistance, customer service, merchandise handling, and monitoring of customer and store activity.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based in the UAE.
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide good customer service.
- Handle basic sales activities and support daily shop operations.
- Arrange and display products neatly and maintain shop cleanliness.
- Monitor customers and shop activities to prevent theft, loss, or damage.
- Monitor stock and report missing or damaged items.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and checking merchandise.
- Support other day-to-day shop duties as required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, shop assistance, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic English communication is required.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during working hours.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 2,500 per month.
