MEP Supervisor role in the construction and MEP industry.
The role is based in the UAE and involves work at project sites.
The position requires 8–10 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily MEP works at project sites.
- Manage electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing activities.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Review MEP drawings and coordinate solutions to site issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Coordinate material and manpower arrangements for site requirements.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant MEP site experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of MEP installation, maintenance, and site coordination is required.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings is required.
- Leadership, manpower management, communication, and coordination abilities are required.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
- Current availability in the UAE is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
