Position Overview
Drive enterprise AI adoption through AI engineering, agent development, automation, solution architecture, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Design, build, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Own delivery from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and optimization.
- Translate business problems into AI solutions with executives and business teams.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, mentoring, and enablement to AI agent teams.
- Build reusable AI capabilities using LLMs, APIs, RAG, orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Advise on architecture, governance, security, deployment, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and improve enterprise AI development practices.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–7+ years of software or AI engineering experience with significant hands-on generative AI or agent development.
- Proven experience building production-grade AI agents, copilots, or agentic applications.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, integrations, LLM APIs, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one listed AI platform or agent framework.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow automation, and AI application architecture.
- Ability to independently lead technical delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience across Microsoft, OpenAI, and Anthropic ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, AI evaluation, observability, and AI governance is a plus.
- Enterprise AI transformation or regulated and large-enterprise experience is a plus.
- Experience engaging directly with C-level executives or senior business stakeholders is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000–AED 16,000 per month.
