Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

  • This Sales & Business Development Senior Manager will lead the company’s sales and business growth strategy, driving revenue generation, market expansion, and client acquisition in the wastewater, utilities, and O&M sector.
  • Applicants for this position must come from the background specified, should have a degree in business administration, Marketing or Engineering
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably within O&M, wastewater, utilities, or industrial services. Experience in leading teams, managing large accounts, and winning major contracts/tenders is essential.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
  • Identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts
  • Maintaining and strengthening strategic relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholder
  • Leading contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with clients and partners
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning
  • Collaborating with operations, engineering, project, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Overseeing proposal preparation, tender submissions, and technical-commercial documentation
  • Representing the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and contractual obligations
  • Driving initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market recognition in the O&M and utilities sector
  • We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and team management skill.
  • Excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills.
  • A deep understanding of business development, sales cycles, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the wastewater, utilities, and O&M sector, including market dynamics and client requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value clients, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate under pressure.
  • An Arabic speaker is preferred for this role.
