About the Role
Bond & Vale is seeking a Sales Broker to drive new client opportunities across US and international markets. You will build and manage a sales pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, and close deals for PR, branding, and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prospect through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
- Collaborate with PR, content, and digital teams to create compelling client solutions
- Track activities, opportunities, and outcomes within CRM
- Share market insights, client feedback, and ideas to improve services
Requirements
- At least 2 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, recruitment, hospitality, or another relationship focused role
- Studied, lived, or worked in North America, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or other English speaking markets for a significant period
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience selling agency, marketing, PR, branding, creative, or professional services is a bonus

What You'll Work On

About You
- Studied, lived, or worked in North America, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or other English speaking markets for a significant period
- At least 2 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, recruitment, hospitality, or another relationship focused role
- Experience selling agency, marketing, PR, branding, creative, or professional services is a bonus
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly
Compensation & Benefits
- AED 6,000–10,000 monthly base salary

Working Hours & Location
- On site role based in Dubai
