Job Purpose
Drive store sales by delivering excellent customer service, promoting products effectively, and supporting basic optical understanding.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Sales and Customer Service
- Identify customer needs and recommend frames, sunglasses, and basic lenses.
- Drive conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and promotional execution.
- Achieve individual sales targets and support store performance.
- Deliver a friendly and professional customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and basic issues effectively.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Optical and Transaction Support
- Understand basic prescriptions and product types, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Guide customers before technical handling.
- Communicate customer needs accurately to opticians and technicians.
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
- Support insurance documentation and basic inquiries.
- Support opticians and technicians during peak hours.
