Role objective

Job responsibilities

• Drive sales goals, support productivity, and lead selling initiatives throughout the store.
• Engage customers, build client relationships, and resolve needs quickly and effectively.
• Analyze reports with leadership to support action plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain effective sales floor coverage and educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture.
• Introduce the retail, yoga, and cafe aspects of the ALO business model.
• Process shipments, maintain product flow, and support visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Execute front-of-house and back-of-house procedures according to company policies.
• Keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• One or more years of client-centric sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate passion for customer service and exceptional customer experiences.
• Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and effective individually and as part of a team.
• Remain mobile throughout the store and stand and move for an entire shift.
• Lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Perform bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and safe ladder use.

Schedule

• Full-time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability seven days a week for 32 to 40 hours.
• Employees must be available during the blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
