Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Chatswood Chase

Role objective

Job responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes focused on inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues, identify root causes, and escalate process or system gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom processes while supporting safe, efficient store operations.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities.
• Use metrics to support business strategies, resolve client needs, and communicate inventory requirements.
• Keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently through additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-centric sales and operations environment.
• Customer service focus and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to move throughout the store and stand and move for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 10-15 kg.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely use a ladder.

Schedule

• The role requires flexible availability, including a rotating roster during peak trading periods and weekends.

Workplace

• The role requires constant movement throughout the retail floor and back-of-house areas.
