- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue across multiple markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry developments
- Present Stella Stays' offerings fluently in English and Arabic, with the ability to connect with a diverse client base
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and promotional activities
- Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and generate clear reporting on progress and outcomes
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and real estate sectors
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform future product and service development
- Support internal training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the sales and reservations team
Requirements
- 1 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a related sector
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
- Strong market knowledge with the ability to navigate both local and regional dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long term client partnerships
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and close high value deals
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer data effectively
