- Present Stella Stays’ offerings fluently in English and Arabic
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns
- Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and generate clear reporting
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the commercial team
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and real estate sectors
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform future product and service development
- Support internal training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the sales and reservations team
Requirements
- 1 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a related sector
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer data
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and close high value deals
