At Stella Stays, you will

  • Stella Stays is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Associate to join the fast growing team.
  • The role is at the forefront of commercial growth, responsible for driving sales and expanding client base across B2B and B2C segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry developments.
  • Present Stella Stays’ offerings fluently in English and Arabic, with ability to connect with diverse client base.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and generate clear reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall success of commercial team.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitality and real estate sectors.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to inform future product and service development.
  • Support internal training initiatives and contribute to ongoing development of sales and reservations team.

Requirements

  • 1 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, hospitality, or a related sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong market knowledge with ability to navigate both local and regional dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build long term client partnerships.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and close high value deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and customer data effectively.
