- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product
- Convert window shoppers to buyers
- Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales
- Serve customers with highest standards following GUEST selling guideline
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed per standard layout norms
- Record inventory inward/outward and maintain reports
- Handle POS/billing counter efficiently
- Tally money in cash till at beginning/end of shifts
- Issue receipts/refunds/change correctly
- Process payments by cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits
- Adhere to SOP and Loss Prevention Policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sales figures

- Flexible to work extended hours during sale periods
- Up to date product knowledge
- Ability to handle POS and billing counter efficiently

Position Objective
- Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience
- Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by store manager/assistant store manager
Key Responsibilities Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product
- Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers
- Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales
- Serve customers with highest standards following GUEST selling guideline
- Must be updated about various brands of the group for suggestive selling
- Must be presentable and well groomed at all times
- Flexible to work extended hours during sale period
- Must possess up to date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss
Key Responsibilities Merchandise
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and per standard layout norms
- Ensure all VM guidelines are followed and stock norms on clearance are maintained
- Record inventory inward/outward and maintain report
Key Responsibilities Process
- Handle POS/Billing Counter efficiently
- Tally money in cash till during beginning/end of shifts
- Issue receipts/refunds/change to customers correctly
- Process payments by cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits
- Ensure awareness and vigilance of security in the store
- Be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as per business requirement
- Adhere to SOP and Loss Prevention Policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sales figures
