- Support sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
- Replenish merchandise and maintain a well stocked, visually appealing sales floor
- Support visual merchandising, promotional activities, and seasonal floor set changes
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and deliver operational excellence
Requirements

- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry out store operational tasks

About the Role
