About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the learning and development strategy for designated brands and functions
- Design and deliver engaging training programs across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty categories
- Partner with brand representatives, suppliers, and host brands to ensure best in class product and service training
- Coach and develop store teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to align learning initiatives with business goals
- Identify skills gaps and implement development plans to support employee growth and succession planning
- Create a culture of continuous learning and excellence across the business
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development within a large commercial organization
- Experience leading training initiatives across multiple brands, functions, or locations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Passion for beauty, retail, people development, and coaching
- Experience working with external brand partners, suppliers, or luxury/beauty brands is highly desirable
