Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail experience, ideally within a supervisory or management role
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, health & beauty, or premium retail environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A passion for customer service and driving commercial performance
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organizational and computer skills
