Overview Of The Role
- The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive experience to customers.

What You Will Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to meet visual presentation standards.
- Create a positive first impression for customers through energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a sincere, friendly welcome.
- Provide customers with current and relevant product information to assist their purchasing decisions.
- Offer quality service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
- Ensure efficient service at the cash register, offering gift cards, and maintaining cash wrap cleanliness.
- Capture customer information into the database efficiently and correctly.
- Thank customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them to return.
Required Skills To Be Successful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CAD software tools for visual merchandising.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for long periods.
What Qualifies You For The Role
- High School Degree.
- 1 2 years of retail sales experience.
