Role Overview
Support sales and operations for a UAE manpower supply business.
Develop new business, maintain client relationships, coordinate recruitment and operations, and support manpower deployment and client servicing.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE.
- Generate leads and approach corporate clients for manpower supply requirements.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and company profiles.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify additional manpower requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and achieve agreed targets.
Manpower and Operations Coordination
- Receive and understand requirements covering positions, quantities, qualifications, experience, salary, accommodation, and related conditions.
- Arrange trade tests and coordinate with mobilization and operations teams for timely deployment.
- Monitor manpower mobilization and ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
