Job Summary
Join the team as a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive.
Identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, generate sales, and achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales while following company pricing and policies.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide sales reports and updates to management.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
