About the Role

Responsibilities
- Actively seek new Customers globally and develop business with them in Ores/ Ferro Alloys
- Monitor the requirements of existing customers and fulfill them on priority
- Monitor and control the outstandings of customers
- Develop new sources and suppliers of various metals & minerals
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts team to ensure that the transaction is concluded properly and in time
- Prepare MIS for management
- Be responsible for the profit and loss of the transaction booked by him
- Negotiate and make contracts based on terms negotiated
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trading
- Experience in metals, minerals, iron ore, manganese ore, or ferro alloys trading is preferred
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and international trade documentation is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
