- 1 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Hindi preferred
- UAE driving license is a plus

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while building strong and long lasting client relationships
- Promote and market the company’s facility management services, including cleaning, security, and technical maintenance solutions
- Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements
- Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent follow ups
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high quality customer support
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities for the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in the Facility Management industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets within deadlines
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi will be preferred
