Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for cleaning service contracts
- Promote and market the company’s cleaning solutions to corporate offices, residential buildings, retail outlets, warehouses, and other facilities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements
- Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent follow ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high quality customer support
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in Cleaning Services or Facility Management industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal abilities
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is preferred

Job Overview
