- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in security services, facility management, or B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
