Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings
- Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers and tenants
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the negotiation and closing process
- Maintain an updated database of listings, clients, and prospects
- Build long term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and a customer focused approach
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
- Fluency in English is required
- Arabic or additional languages are a plus
