Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property listings and close deals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Assist agents in closing high value deals and handling complex negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and clients
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7+ years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platforms
- RERA certification or local real estate license (if applicable)

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide a high performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- RERA certification or local real estate license (if applicable)
