Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell Real Estate projects using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market feedback
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Goal oriented with a track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to field sales)
- Arabic (Preferred)

Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

Compensation
- Basic salary + Commission.
