Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk in clients and handle inquiries professionally.

- Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.
- Share updated availability, pricing, and project information with broker networks.
- Coordinate broker led client visits and ensure proper lead registration and tracking.
- Follow up on broker generated leads and support conversion efforts.
- Participate in broker engagement activities and feedback reporting.
- Maintain custody and proper log of keys for show units and vacant units.
- Ensure units are ready for viewing and presentable at all times.
Additional Duties
- Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Manage viewing schedules, visitor logs, and site access procedures.
- Ensure sales office, show units, and materials are well maintained.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and previous inquiries.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales activity regularly.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market feedback.
- Support open houses, events, and project launches.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to management.
