- Valid QID with minimum 3 months validity
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for dynamic and customer focused Sales Advisors to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and support store operations within a fast paced retail environment.
- This is a full time position based in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required
- Native Arabic speaker with good English communication and comprehension skills
- 3–4 years of frontline retail sales experience in Qatar
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving individual and store sales targets
- Experience in telecom sales or mobile device sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, sales strategies, and retail sales processes
- Candidates with direct retail, field sales, or customer facing sales experience will be preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to promote, upsell, and close retail sales
- Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong product knowledge (mobile devices, accessories, telecom services preferred)
- Professional, confident, and customer oriented personality
Availability & Eligibility
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Valid QID with a minimum of 3 months validity is required
- Flexibility to work in retail shifts
